In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms carry the meanings set out below unless the context expressly requires otherwise:

By registering an account on 1xbate, accessing the Platform, or using any of the Services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, each of which is incorporated herein by reference.

If you do not agree with any provision of these Terms & Conditions, you must immediately cease using the Platform and close your account by contacting our support team.

By accepting these Terms, you additionally represent and warrant that:

• You are at least 18 years of age;
• You are legally permitted to participate in online gambling activities under the laws applicable to your jurisdiction;
• You are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent, nominee, or representative of any third party;
• The funds you deposit are from a legitimate source and are not the proceeds of any unlawful activity;
• You understand that gambling involves risk and that you may lose the funds you wager;
• You will use the Platform for personal entertainment purposes only and not for any commercial or professional purpose.

To access the real-money features of 1xbate, you must create an account by completing the registration process on the Platform. During registration you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, email address, and a valid mobile number.

3.1 Eligibility Requirements

You are eligible to register and maintain an account on 1xbate only if you satisfy all of the following criteria at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout the duration of your account:

• You are a natural person of at least 18 years of age;
• You are not a resident of any jurisdiction where participation in online gambling is prohibited by applicable law;
• You are not an employee, contractor, director, officer, or close family member of an employee of 1xbate or any of its affiliated companies;
• You have not previously been excluded from 1xbate or any of its affiliated platforms under a self-exclusion or operator-initiated exclusion arrangement;
• You are not subject to a self-exclusion order from any gambling platform or regulatory body that covers participation in online gaming.

3.2 One Account Policy

Each player is strictly limited to one registered account on 1xbate. The creation of multiple accounts — whether using the same or different personal details, devices, IP addresses, or payment methods — is prohibited. Where duplicate accounts are identified, 1xbate reserves the right to close all associated accounts, void any pending wagers, and forfeit any balances held therein, including Real Money Balances, without prior notice.

3.3 KYC Verification

1xbate applies a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process to all accounts. You will be required to submit one or more of the following documents before withdrawals are processed or account limits are raised:

• National Identity Card (NID) issued by the Bangladesh Election Commission;
• Valid Passport;
• Bangladesh Driving Licence.

1xbate may additionally request proof of address, proof of payment method ownership (such as a screenshot of your bKash or Nagad account showing your registered name), or other supporting documentation as reasonably required for compliance purposes. Failure to provide requested documents within the specified timeframe may result in account suspension.

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

1xbate accepts deposits and processes withdrawals exclusively in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) via the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, and Mastercard. Additional payment partners, including Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, and BRAC Bank, may be available subject to regional availability and account verification status.

4.2 Deposit Terms

• The minimum single deposit amount is ৳500. There is no stated maximum deposit; however, 1xbate reserves the right to apply limits at its discretion for compliance or risk-management purposes.
• Deposits are credited to your account balance in real time upon confirmed receipt from the payment provider. Processing delays caused by the payment provider are outside 1xbate's control.
• 1xbate does not charge a transaction fee on deposits. Any fees levied by your payment provider or mobile operator are the responsibility of the player.
• All deposits must originate from a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are prohibited and will be returned.

4.3 Withdrawal Terms

• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawals below this threshold will not be processed.
• Withdrawals are processed only to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, unless otherwise approved by the 1xbate compliance team following a KYC review.
• For fully verified accounts, bKash and Nagad withdrawals are typically processed within 15 to 60 minutes of the request being approved. Processing times may be longer during peak periods or when additional verification is required.
• 1xbate does not charge a withdrawal fee. Any charges applied by the receiving payment provider are outside 1xbate's control and are the responsibility of the player.
• Withdrawals of funds that have not met applicable bonus wagering requirements will be declined until those requirements are satisfied.

1xbate offers a range of promotional incentives including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and seasonal promotions aligned with the Bangladesh sports calendar (such as BPL and Eid-period offers). All promotions are subject to the general bonus terms set out in this section, as well as any additional specific terms published alongside the individual promotion.

5.1 General Bonus Conditions

• Bonus funds are credited to your Bonus Balance and are subject to a wagering requirement before they can be converted to a Real Money Balance or withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier is stated on each individual promotion page.
• Unless the specific promotion terms state otherwise, bonus funds must be wagered using real money first. Real money funds and bonus funds are held separately until wagering requirements on the bonus are fulfilled.
• Bonuses are valid for a specified period from the date of credit. Bonus balances and associated winnings that remain unconverted at the expiry of this period will be removed from your account automatically.
• Only one bonus may be active at any given time unless the specific promotion expressly states otherwise.
• 1xbate reserves the right to withdraw any bonus offer, amend its terms, or discontinue a promotion at any time without prior notice, provided that any bonus already credited to a player's account will be honoured in accordance with the terms applicable at the time of crediting.

5.2 Bonus Abuse

The use of bonuses in a manner intended to exploit promotional terms — including but not limited to low-risk hedging strategies, stake manipulation designed to clear wagering requirements without genuine gameplay risk, or systematic abuse of multiple accounts to claim the same offer more than once — constitutes bonus abuse. 1xbate reserves the right to void bonuses, cancel associated winnings, and close accounts where bonus abuse is identified.

All bets placed and games played on 1xbate are subject to the general rules set out in this section, as well as any game-specific or market-specific rules published in the relevant section of the Platform.

6.1 Casino Games

• All casino games available on 1xbate use certified random number generators (RNGs) supplied and maintained by the respective game providers. Game outcomes are determined entirely by the RNG and cannot be influenced by 1xbate or the player.
• Published return-to-player (RTP) percentages represent the theoretical long-term payout of each game and do not guarantee any specific outcome in any individual session.
• In the event of a technical malfunction during a game round, the affected round will be declared void and any stake placed will be returned to the player's account. Winnings generated during a technically faulted round will not be honoured.
• Live dealer game results are final once the dealer has announced the outcome and it has been confirmed on screen. Disputes regarding live game results must be raised within 24 hours of the game session.

6.2 Sports Betting

• All sports bets are accepted subject to the specific market rules applicable to the relevant sport, competition, and bet type. Market rules are published within the sports betting section of the Platform.
• Bets placed on cricket markets — including BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, and Bangladesh Tigers international fixtures — are settled in accordance with the official results declared by the relevant governing body (BCB, BCCI, ICC).
• 1xbate reserves the right to void, suspend, or refuse any bet at its discretion, including where there are reasonable grounds to suspect that the integrity of the event has been compromised.
• In-play (live) bets are accepted subject to network latency. 1xbate cannot guarantee that every in-play bet request will be accepted, and reserves the right to cancel in-play bets that are accepted after the relevant market event has already been determined.
• Minimum and maximum stake limits apply to all sports betting markets. These limits are displayed within the betting interface at the time of bet placement.

The following actions are strictly prohibited on 1xbate. Any player found to have engaged in prohibited conduct is subject to immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of balances, and reporting to relevant authorities where legally required:

• Fraud and Misrepresentation: Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading personal information during registration or at any subsequent point, including during KYC verification.
• Identity Fraud: Using another person's identity, payment details, or account credentials to register or access any 1xbate account.
• Multiple Accounts: Creating or using more than one account on the 1xbate Platform, including for the purpose of claiming multiple bonuses.
• Collusion: Coordinating with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any casino game, live dealer game, or sports betting market, including through chip-dumping in poker or multi-accounting in tournaments.
• Automated Betting Systems: Using bots, scripts, automated software, or any mechanical or electronic device to place bets or interact with the Platform in any manner not explicitly authorised by 1xbate.
• Exploitation of Software Errors: Taking advantage of any software bug, glitch, misconfiguration, or pricing error to gain winnings that would not have been achievable under normal operating conditions. Winnings generated in this way are void and will be reclaimed.
• Money Laundering: Using 1xbate for the purpose of laundering funds derived from any criminal activity, in violation of applicable anti-money laundering laws.
• Chargebacks: Initiating a chargeback or payment reversal with a bank or payment provider in relation to a deposit made on 1xbate without first pursuing the 1xbate dispute resolution process. Chargeback abuse will result in permanent account closure and may result in legal action.
• Reverse Bonus Abuse: Withdrawing funds after claiming a bonus without meeting the stated wagering requirements, or using any strategy explicitly designed to circumvent bonus terms.

8.1 Suspension by 1xbate

1xbate reserves the right to suspend or restrict any account at any time, with or without prior notice, where it has reasonable grounds to believe that:

• The account holder has engaged in, or is suspected of engaging in, any form of prohibited conduct as described in Section 7;
• The account holder has breached any provision of these Terms & Conditions;
• The account may be involved in fraudulent, suspicious, or irregular activity;
• A security risk to the account or the Platform has been identified;
• A chargeback or payment dispute has been initiated by the account holder.

During a period of suspension, the account holder will not be able to deposit, withdraw, place bets, or access any games. 1xbate will endeavour to investigate and resolve suspension cases promptly and will communicate the outcome to the account holder via the email address registered on the account.

8.2 Closure by the Player

You may request permanent closure of your 1xbate account at any time by contacting our support team via live chat or email. Upon receipt of a closure request, 1xbate will:

• Process any pending withdrawal of your Real Money Balance to your registered payment method within the standard processing timeframe;
• Forfeit any unconverted Bonus Balance remaining in the account;
• Deactivate access to the account within 24 hours of the closure request being confirmed.

8.3 Self-Exclusion

Players who believe that their gambling may be causing harm are encouraged to request self-exclusion at any time. A self-exclusion request will result in the account being suspended for the duration selected by the player (minimum 6 months, up to permanent exclusion). Self-exclusion cannot be reversed before the chosen period has elapsed. During self-exclusion, 1xbate will take reasonable steps to prevent the creation of new accounts by the same individual.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 1xbate excludes all liability for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive loss or damage arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform or Services, including but not limited to:

• Loss of funds due to gambling outcomes;
• Losses arising from Platform downtime, technical faults, or network interruptions beyond our reasonable control;
• Loss of data or account information caused by circumstances outside 1xbate's control;
• Delays in deposit crediting or withdrawal processing caused by third-party payment providers including bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or Upay;
• Any loss arising from your reliance on information published on the Platform that is subsequently found to be inaccurate due to a technical error.

1xbate's maximum aggregate liability to any player in respect of any claim arising under these Terms & Conditions shall not exceed the total value of deposits made by that player in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions shall limit or exclude 1xbate's liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by applicable law.

1xbate reserves the right to amend, modify, or update these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, we will publish the updated Terms on this page with a revised effective date and, where reasonably practicable, notify registered players via the email address associated with their account.

Your continued use of the Platform following the publication of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with any amendment, you must stop using the Platform and request account closure in accordance with Section 8.2.

It is your responsibility to review these Terms & Conditions periodically to ensure that you remain informed of the current version. 1xbate recommends reviewing this page at least once per month, and particularly before claiming any promotional offer or increasing your deposit limits.

In the event of any inconsistency between these Terms & Conditions and any game-specific, sport-specific, or promotion-specific rules published elsewhere on the Platform, the more specific rules shall prevail to the extent of the inconsistency.

These Terms & Conditions are written in English. In the event of any dispute regarding the interpretation of any provision, the English-language version of the Terms shall be the authoritative text. Any translation provided for convenience purposes shall not have legal effect.
